General Terms of Use

On www.pearls4us.com, the Seller of the offered goods, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand enter into the following distance agreement - Agreement: The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer.

How to shop?

  • Select items on the www.pearls4us.com website according to their description. You can use the search box by entering the full or partial name of the product
  • eview information about the product you are interested in. If you are satisfied with the appearance and price of the product, click the "Add to cart" button.
  • SHOPPING CART. Review the list and quantity of selected items. Fill in - name, surname, telephone, e-mail, type of delivery. Click the "Buy" button.

Product payment


All payments on the Site are made only in EUR. The Buyer orders goods through the Website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product:

  • Using Swedbank, SEB bank, Luminor and Citadele Internetbank;
  • when making a payment with a Mastercard or VISA card;
  • in cash or with a bank card, receiving the product in the workshop - Magonu Street 6, Riga LV 1002;

Goods receipt and delivery


After payment, the Seller sends the goods to the DPD parcel booth or Omniva parcel terminal chosen by the Buyer within 2 working days, or provides delivery by courier. The Buyer receives the product within 2-4 working days (without unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller). It is also possible to receive the product in our workshop: Magoņu Street 6, Riga, LV 1002.

Product return and exchange


You can return the purchased goods by receiving money or exchanging them for other goods. Please email us at: aili@pearls4us.com and we will help you. All claims regarding the quality and quantity of the goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
